Covering the medical casualty once a week. Running a medical out-patient clinic twice a week. Established a chest clinic at Soba University Hospital with the facility of doing spirometry, bronchoscopy, pleural biopsy and other procedures. Established bronchoscopy service (once weekly) at Soba University Hospital in 1990, it was the only functioning bronchoscopy unit at that time. Performing Upper G. I. Endoscopy at Soba University Hospital (SUH) once per week for more than 10 years and covered the portal hypertension referred clinic at Soba U H for the same period. Training and supervising house officers and registrars in the unit. Attending and actively participating in the staff grand-round (once weekly) and the clinical meeting (once weekly) which were attended by all the consultants and doctors in their units.
